Who is PAARO

Paaro is more than just a multi-designer studio – it is a story of passion, perseverance, and the pursuit of a dream. The story started when our founder, Ayushi, went to India in 2022 for her wedding shopping. Ayushi had researched for her wedding outfits since she was a young girl and after wandering around the streets of Delhi, India in heat and traffic, she realized how challenging it was to find the perfect dream wedding dress for her biggest occasion. The search was not easy, and all her research and saved Instagram posts from years did not come to any use as trying the outfits in person changed the entire story.
Moreover, finalizing the outfit did not put an end to the process. What followed after finalizing the dress was hours of chasing the designer’s team, discussions on swatch creation, and what seemed like an endless stream of decisions. It was an overwhelming process, and Ayushi wished there was someone who could guide her through the whole process, someone who could make it easy and enjoyable.

As for Ayushi’s wedding, she postponed it, for now, to focus on the business first. However, we can hear the wedding bells ringing anytime soon now, and we cannot wait to see her wearing her dream wedding dress, which she might have found in her own studio.

It was then that Ayushi had the idea of creating a multi-designer studio in Australia, which would stock the biggest designer range on the floor, all carefully curated from renowned Indian designers. She envisioned a place where every bride should have access to try their dream outfits and should not go through the overwhelming process alone. This is how Paaro was born, with a mission to make Indian designer fashion accessible to the Australian and New Zealand markets.
