1.  Processing Time  

Ready to Ship Items will be delivered in 7-15 business days from the date of order. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email once your order is on its way.

Pre-Orders and Custom Orders

Custom made items may take up to 7-8 weeks for delivery depending on the designer, seasonality, and customizations. Some items may also take up to 12 weeks so please ensure your event timelines accordingly.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently offer shipping across Australia and to select international destinations. You can confirm if we deliver to your country by entering your address during checkout.

3. Shipping Rates

Domestic Orders (Australia):

Standard Shipping: Free for all orders over $250.

For orders under $250, a flat rate of $20 will apply for standard shipping within Australia for ready to ship items. For custom made outfits, a flat rate of $75 will be applied. 

International Orders:

Shipping costs for international orders will be calculated during checkout based on your location.

4. Delivery Time

Domestic Orders:

Standard Shipping: Typically takes 3-7 business days for delivery within Australia, depending on your location.

Express Shipping: If you need your order faster, we offer express delivery, which typically takes 1 to 3 business days for major cities and up to 5 business days for regional areas. This applies to products that are ready to ship from our flagship store in Melbourne. 

Custom made orders that arrive from our designers may take up to 7-14 business days for standard shipping and 3-7 business days for express. 

Delivery time is the estimate of shipping duration and does not reflect production time of the actual outfit. Please refer to the individual product page for estimated production time.

5. International Orders:

Delivery times vary based on the destination country. Most international orders typically take between 7 to 21 business days for delivery, depending on customs processing times and local delivery services.

Please note that customs delays may occur, and we cannot control delivery times once the package leaves Australia or our designer’s country.

6. Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, there may be occasional delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as:

High-demand periods (e.g., festive seasons, sales, or promotions)

Weather conditions or natural disasters

Courier issues (e.g., lost parcels, transit delays)

In the case of any significant delay, we will notify you as soon as possible and provide updated information on the status of your order.

7. Customs and Duties (International Orders)

Customs Fees: For international orders, please note that your order may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Clearance: International packages may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

Customs Policy: Please check with your country’s customs office to find out about any applicable fees or restrictions before placing an order.

8. Lost or Damaged Orders

Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at contact@paaro.com.au as soon as possible. We will initiate an investigation with the courier company and assist you in resolving the issue.

Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged item or incorrect product, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will guide you through the process of returning the item and issuing a replacement if necessary.

9. Shipping to PO Boxes

We are able to deliver to PO Boxes within Australia via Australia Post. However, please note that international orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes. We recommend providing a physical address for international deliveries to avoid any issues.

10. Address Accuracy

Please ensure that you provide a complete and accurate delivery address when placing your order. We are not responsible for any delays or issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping details, please contact us immediately at contact@paaro.com.au so we can assist in correcting the address before shipment.
